Entreposto Gestão Imobiliária (EGI), in partnership with PSO – Comunicação Estratégica, is promoting, until the 24th of November, a roadshow unheard of in Belgium.
Aimed at the real estate market in Antwerp, Genk and Brussels, 10 professionals in the sector will have the opportunity, for the first time, to do business and exchange business contacts with local agents.
Lux Tavira and Convento das Bernardas are the projects chosen by EGI to be present at the roadshow.
Both projects have a privileged location in the Algarve, in Tavira. Lux Tavira is a ready-to-book product, with 12 km of almost unexplored beaches and six golf courses, excellent conditions to enjoy and to monetize in the short-term rental market and with excellent occupancy rates.
Convento das Bernardas, in turn, is a rehabilitation project under the seal of the award-winning architect Souto Moura, completed at the end of 2011, when the former Convent will be reborn as a Private Condominium, with 76 private apartments/lofts of various types between T0 and T3 and a luxury restaurant. According to EGI, 10 percent of the property is already sold.
The organization and promotion of Roashow is in charge of PSO – Comunicação Estratégica, an agency integrated in the IPRN network, the largest in the world of independent PR agencies, and a partner of Eldeman, and which is increasingly focusing on internationalization strategies, both in European markets, as well as already thinking about actions to take place in Brazil and Macau in 2012.
