The mayor of Faro he announced that he will promote, between October 28th and November 5th, meetings with the residents of rural parishes, with the objective of «making known the projects in courses and other matters relevant to that parish».
After the presentation of the projects, José Macário Correia makes himself available to «assist and clarify all interested citizens, thus giving the opportunity for all citizens to have a real knowledge and information about matters in their area of residence», says the Chamber in Faro in a press release.
In this way, adds the autarchy, “active citizenship is encouraged with this approach to citizens who are geographically less close to decision-making centers”.
