An earthquake measuring 2.7 (Richter) was recorded today at the stations of the Mainland Seismic Network, at 7:07 am, whose epicenter was located about 6 km west of Vila Nova de Paiva.

According to the Meteorology Institute, no information was received confirming that this earthquake had been felt.
