A man was killed by a shotgun, this Sunday morning, around 11:02 am, in a bar on Praia do Amado, in Aljezur. According to the online edition of Correio da Manhã, the murderer is on the run.
According to the CM, a man dressed in dark entered the beach bar and shot another, 45, who was on the establishment's terrace. The victim, hit in the chest, will be one of the owners of the establishment. Resuscitation maneuvers were still carried out, but the man did not resist the injuries.
The crime, which could be related to revenge, is now being investigated by a team of investigators from the Criminal Investigation Department of the Judiciary Police of Portimão.
According to the website of the National Civil Protection Authority, 20 operatives moved to the site, supported by nine vehicles, namely from INEM, firefighters from Aljezur, the Maritime Authority, the GNR and the Judiciary Police.
