The “Football for All” award is back for another edition and applications are open until December 11th.
According to the Algarve Football Association, the award is promoted annually by the Portuguese Football Federation, has the support of the UEFA “HatTrick FSR” program and aims to «involve civil society in such pressing issues as combating discrimination and promoting social inclusion through football».
The initiative is aimed at non-profit institutions and will distribute 50 thousand euros.
«The candidate projects must be based on the premise that each individual is unique, as well as the rejection of all forms of discrimination based on race, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, culture and nationality», stresses the Algarve Football Association.
