Lagos’ new public road interface to come into operation tomorrow

Starting this Monday, five new lanes will be available to all road transport operators

The new public road interface at Largo do Rossio de São João Batista, in Lagos, located next to the existing bus terminal, will come into operation on September 16th.

From this Monday, five new lanes will be available for all road transport operators operating in Lagos (duly identified).

Tomorrow, the bus stop that currently exists next to the Eva Group Bus Terminal will also be deactivated.

According to the local authority, the new interface will provide “better conditions for bus stopping and passenger pick-up and drop-off maneuvers, and its entry into operation will include changes to traffic in the surrounding area.”
