The Algarve District Football Division II will kick off on the first weekend of October with the participation of 19 teams divided into two series, with the absolute debut of ACD Algarvense standing out.

The Associação Clube Desportivo Algarvense, led by Diogo Melo, who, as a player, played for six Algarve teams, is based in Portimão, but will play its home games at the Dr. Francisco Vieira Stadium, in Silves.

Compared to last season, the same number of teams (19) are competing, but, in addition to the aforementioned Algarvense and the relegated Padernense and Carvoeiro United, there is another new addition, with the entry of Silves B.

The Barlavento Series, with 10 teams, starts with the matches Silves B-Bensafrim, Armacenenses-Lagoa B, Odiáxere B-Algarvense, Guia-Mentes do Desporto and Carvoeiro United-Alvorense.

In the Sotavento Series, with nine emblems, the opening day features the games Louletano B-Padernense, Sambrasense-Campinense, Faro and Benfica-Messinense and Quarteira-Marítimo Olhanense, with the 4 Cubed resting.

After the first phase of the second district level, which takes place from October 5 to February 15, 2025, the top three teams in each series will go through to the champion phase, in a round-robin system, with the two best teams moving up to the District Division I.
