57-year-old German woman helped at Meia Praia, in Lagos

A 57-year-old German woman, who suffered an injury to one of her legs while bathing at Meia Praia beach, in the municipality of Lagos, had to be assisted this Sunday by members of the “SeaWatch” Project. 

The alert was received at 15:50 pm, through the Lagos Volunteer Firefighters, asking for help in assisting a woman with an injury, elements of the “SeaWatch” Project were immediately activated to the scene.

Upon arrival at the scene, it was found that the victim was promptly assisted by firefighters, with members of the “SeaWatch” Project removing the woman from the sand, using the Amarok vehicle, to the firefighters' ambulance, which then transported her to the hospital.
