With the signature of the Executive Chef of the Real Hotels Group, Celso Padeiro

The Real Marina Hotel & Spa returns to the Seafood Festival in Olhão, on the city's riverside, next to the Ria Formosa, between the 10th and 14th of August.

On the festival grounds, Real Marina will have its own new dining space, renovated and expanded compared to the previous edition, with capacity for around 200 people, and a menu inspired by the flavors of the sea and the freshness of local ingredients.

menu, prepared by Real Hotels Group chefs, offers a fusion between traditional cuisine and innovation, where fish and seafood are the big stars.

Every day, the menu exclusively prepared for the Seafood Festival will have a different choice dish available, worth 26 euros: thus, on August 10th, there is Corvina and Seafood Cataplana; on the 11th, Açorda de Gambas and, the following day, the protagonist will be Massada de Peixe e Marisco. On August 13th, it's time for the Octopus, Shrimp and Sweet Potato Cataplana and, on the 14th, the Choco and Seafood Feijoada is served.

The more traditional snacks and dishes highlight the fresh flavors and ingredients of the Ria Formosa. Available every day, you can try Natural Oysters with shallot and lemon vinegar (€12,50), Octopus Salad with chopped peppers (€15), Shrimp sautéed with chilli, garlic and coriander (€16), Crab Stuffed (€22), Seafood Rice (€26), Braised Lobster (€45), among other specialties to enjoy in the space or for takeaways.

This year's novelties also include the collaboration with the artisanal dessert brand, Doce do António, with the offer of four varieties (Tradicional, Pastel de Nata, Amendoim and Caramelo or Red Fruits) and the presence of dry, fresh gin with juniper flavored, Tanqueray London Gin, with an on-site activation.

In addition to gastronomy, with the signature of the Executive Chef of the Real Hotels Group, Celso Padeiro, the Olhão Seafood Festival also has a lineup full of national artists who promise to liven up these summer nights. The Calema are the first to take the stage , on August 10th, followed by fado singer Ana Moura, on the 11th. Plutónio, Diogo Piçarra and Maninho perform on August 12th, 13th and 14th, respectively.
