The “Summer Library” project, implemented by the Municipality of Aljezur on Praia de Monte Clérigo, is already underway with the aim of stimulating and promoting reading habits during the summer.
Therefore, during the bathing season, this service will be available to the population and tourists free of charge.
«The objective is to provide users, of different age groups, with the possibility of accessing more than 300 books, with varied themes: comics, science fiction or romance, in national and foreign languages, and which can be read on the terrace, on the towel or by the sea», says the Municipality.
Users can take advantage of this service right on the beach, from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 14:00 pm, until the 30th of August.
