Teachers from four Algarve municipalities tried new learning experiences

A Digital Educational Resource Center was created

Around 500 teachers from the municipalities of Olhão, Faro, São Brás de Alportel and Loulé met, throughout this academic year, in a training context, to discuss, reflect and prepare new learning experiences.

At a time when access to digital media and free interactive technologies is increasingly easier, teachers have studied and used H5P technology to create more interactive learning experiences that allow for greater student engagement, increased motivation and promotion of collaborative learning.

In the context of training, provided to teachers by the Ria Formosa Training Center, the Digital Educational Resource Center, which brings together around 230 interactive digital educational resources, of different types, for different areas/subjects from pre-school to secondary education, ready to be used.

The teachers who participated are from the Dr. Francisco Fernandes Lopes School Group, Professor Paula Nogueira School Group, João da Rosa School Group, Dr. Alberto Iria School Group, Tomás Cabreira School Group, Pinheiro and Rosa School Group, João de Deus School Group, José Belchior Viegas School Group and Padre João Coelho Cabanita School Group.
