Chef Noélia Jerónimo opens new restaurant in Olhão to celebrate flavors of the Ria Formosa

It focuses «on dishes that highlight seafood and fresh products from the region, with an innovative approach to traditional recipes».

A new restaurant designed by chef Noélia Jerónimo will open in July, at the Real Marina Hotel & Spa, in the heart of Olhão Marina.

With a privileged view of the Ria Formosa, the restaurant Marina with Noelia promises to be a meeting of traditional Portuguese flavors with inspiration from the sea and the estuary, and the touch of award-winning Algarve chef Noélia Jerónimo.

Located at the Real Marina Hotel & Spa, in the heart of Olhão Marina, the restaurant opens in July in a completely renovated space and with a menu inspired by the Algarve.

The recipe has already been tested and is a winner: Marina with Noelia There will be simple and passionate cuisine, with the freshest local ingredients, coming directly from the Olhão market.

With this partnership, Real Marina Hotel & Spa states that it wants to «offer its customers a new gastronomic experience, accompanied by an idyllic landscape overlooking the Ria, in a renovated space that has more than 70 seats available on the terrace and 36 seats inside» .

The doors are scheduled to open in July, opening every day for lunch, from 12:30 pm to 16:30 pm, and for dinner, from 18:00 pm to 23:00 pm.

Chef Noélia Jerónimo, known for her passion for Portuguese cuisine, takes to the Marina with Noelia its focus «on dishes that highlight seafood and fresh products from the region, with an innovative approach to traditional recipes».

His culinary journey began at a young age, inspired by the flavors and ingredients of his homeland. Noélia worked in several renowned restaurants in Portugal, where she perfected her skills and knowledge of Portuguese cuisine.

His talent and dedication quickly gained recognition with several awards already awarded, including restaurant recommendation in the Michelin Bib Gourmand Guide.

In recent times, she has become known to the general public thanks to her participation in the jury of the Master Chef Portugal competition.
