EHT Algarve students involved in the launch of new canning industry products

Students analyzed and presented improvement proposals

Students from the Algarve Hotel and Tourism School (EHTA) collaborated, for the first time, in introducing new preserved products to the market.

As part of a partnership between EHTA and Conserveira do Sul, students analyzed and presented improvement proposals for these innovation products.

Evaluate the flavor, texture and appearance through a blind tasting of the products. Visualize and analyze the concept, packaging format, presented design and price.

These were just some of the phases in which students from the Algarve Hotel Management School were involved during the 'Focus Group' to evaluate the new preserves and pâtés that Conserveira do Sul will soon launch on the market.
