CCDR Algarve promotes a publicity session for the “Package to Order” Program

Aimed at individual or collective owners of rustic buildings

CCDR Algarve | Agriculture and Fisheries, in partnership with the General Directorate of Agriculture and Rural Development (DGADR), organizes a publicity session regarding the 3rd notice of the “Emparcelar para Ordenar” (pEO) program, on April 16th, at 14:30 pm, in an open session to all interested parties, taking place in the Patacão auditorium, on the outskirts of Faro.

“Emparcelar para Ordenar” is a support program for Simple Rural Parcelamento, designed with a view to promoting the increase in the physical size of rustic buildings, in the context of smallholdings and in vulnerable territories (Ordinance No. 301/2020 of December 24), contributing to the viability and economic sustainability of farms.

Aimed at individual or collective owners of rural buildings, the pEO is part of Component C08 – Forests, integrated into the Resilience Dimension of the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR) and aims to develop a structural response to preventing and combating rural fires, namely in a context of climate change and where it is important to reinforce resilience, sustainability and territorial cohesion.

The financial mechanism associated with the 3rd Notice of the pEO is implemented through a non-refundable subsidy, which varies between 30% and 45% of eligible expenses.

Simple rural land consolidation actions and situations of reconfiguration of ownership for a single owner can be supported, to be implemented or already implemented since February 1, 2020.

The application period runs until 17pm on June 00th.
