The Association of Hotels and Tourist Enterprises of the Algarve (AHETA) is a member of the new Board of Directors of the Confederation of Portuguese Tourism, whose elections took place this week.
Hélder Martins, president of AHETA, joins the new board.
The General Assembly will continue to be chaired by Grupo Pestana, SGPS, represented by its CEO José Theotónio and the Supervisory Board will be chaired by Vila Galé, SA, represented by its CEO Jorge Rebelo de Almeida.
The Board of Directors is chaired by AHRESP, the Hotel, Restaurant and Similar Association, represented by Francisco Calheiros, integrating the main associations in the sector, nationally, as well as many companies linked to tourism.
The inauguration will be on April 11th.
