The show “Asas de Papel”, by Colectivo JAT – Janela Aberta Teatro – will be shown this Saturday and Sunday, December 16th and 17th, at the Teatro Salvador Távora, in Seville.
Created and staged by the Iberian duo Miguel Martins Pessoa and Diana Bernedo, artistic directors of the company, “Asas de Papel” will return to Seville, where it was also shown last year.
This is a creation of physical theater and contemporary mime, without text, performed on stage by a cast of six actors, including a child and a deaf actor.
These two performances in Seville follow three already held on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of December in three cultural centers in Madrid and close JAT's international tour in 2023, which took three of the company's original shows and three casts to represent on three continents, three countries, five cities and seven stages, in a total of eight performances between October and December.
This tour has the support of the Municipality of Faro, from the Portuguese Republic – Culture I DGARTES – General Directorate of Arts and the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve.
