The Municipality of Silves celebrated, on the 2nd of October, in the Noble Hall of the Town Hall, the contract for the preparation of the Detailed Plan of Vales de Algoz.
The initiative was attended by Rosa Palma, president of the Chamber of Silves, Antero Marques, representing FRANDUR UM, Gestão Mobiliária e Imobiliária, and Susana Anacleto, on behalf of BF INVEST, Special Closed Real Estate Investment Fund.
The contract will allow «frame and guarantee the terms of the elaboration of the future plan that, promoting the expansion of the urban agglomeration of Vales de Algoz, located in the Union of Parishes of Algoz and Tunes, will include the urban planning operation to be carried out with respect for the urban, social, economic and environmental concerns of the municipality", says the Chamber in a note.
