Moncarapachense, Portimonense and Farense already know who they will play in the Portuguese Cup

Draw for the 3rd round of the competition took place today

Moncarapachense receives the Vitória SC, from Guimarães, the Portimonense will go to Covilhã to face local Sporting and Farense will play Lank Vilaverdense in the 3rd round of the Portuguese Cup, to be played on the 20th, 21st and 22nd of October.

This was what dictated the draw for the 3rd round of the Taça de Portugal Placard, which took place today, Wednesday, afternoon, at Cidade do Futebol, in Oeiras, in which the 46 winners of the 2nd round of the competition participated and, for the first time this season, the 18 clubs in the I League.

In the end, the most complicated task, at least in theory, fell to the Moncarapacho team, from the Portuguese Championship, who will face a team from the I League, and then the usually fierce Guimarães team.

Also theoretically, Portimonense was the team with the most accessible opponent, by military in the two divisions below, League 3. The point is that the team in question, Sporting da Covilhã, played until last season, and for 16 seasons, the II League, so no ease is to be expected.

Farense faces Lank Vilaverdense, from the II League, another match that is expected to be close.
