Albufeira Council has decided to extend the application period for school transport on special circuits, starting today, August 23rd, and until September 1st.
For the 2023/2024 school year, the municipality is implementing an educational content management platform, which allows Guardians to access various areas, namely the school transport module.
To formalize the request, guardians must access this platform.
For any clarification or doubt, it is possible to contact the Education Division, through the email [email protected], indicating the name of the student, educational institution attended,
year of schooling, name of the Guardian, telephone contact and ask the question.
José Carlos Rolo, president of the municipality, highlights «that this is yet another important tool provided by the municipality that aims to improve the functioning of services and be closer to the school community».
Cláudia Guedelha, councilwoman responsible for education in the Municipality of Albufeira, in turn, thanks everyone for their collaboration, «certain that the implementation of this system allows for greater proximity between the Education Officer/Student, the School and the City Council , as well as better management in the functioning and organization of the School Transport service».
