The play “Caso do Vestido”, a theatrical adaptation of the poem A Rosa do Povo, by Carlos Drummond de Andrade, will be staged by the collective Capemga on July 21st, at 21:00 pm, in the rehearsal room of the association “folha de medronho ”, in Loulé.
The poem “Caso do Vestido”, chosen for this theatrical staging, «is part of the compositional horizon of social denouncement, problematizes family relationships and highlights female suffering due to the oppression of the markedly patriarchal society in which we live», describes the “sheet of arbutus”.
