On the 12th of June, Vila Vita Parc, in Porches, will launch a new restaurant concept dedicated to Italian cuisine.
The Giardino – La Cucina Italiana is located on a covered terrace of the Clubhouse, with an open view of the sea, and features dishes such as burrata stracciatela pizza, peas, green asparagus and black truffle, Bocatini carbonara pasta with squid and black basil , the XXL ravioli with ricotta, artichoke, sage butter and hazelnuts or the risotto with sliced veal.
The dishes are harmonized with Italian wines from the Mediterranean coastal region, together with the famous Proseccos and Vermouths as aperitifs.
The Giardino restaurant is open every day in summer from 18 pm to 00 pm. Booking in advance is recommended and can be made by contacting 21 30 282 or [email protected].
