You can now eat Arte Bianca's award-winning pizzas throughout the Algarve

A food truck “Mangia La Felicità” will take Arte Bianca’s award-winning pizzas to travel throughout the Algarve this summer. 

The first stop for these pizzas, distinguished as one of the 50 best pizzerias in Europe, is at Lagos Food Fest, from the 13th to the 16th of July.

“This is an idea we've had for some time and we've been looking forward to getting started. Since we opened in Aljezur, our pizzas have been highly appreciated and we felt that it would make perfect sense to get closer to all those who visit us wanting to come back», says Manuela Mattavelli, founder of Arte Bianca.

«We have a menu with light options, perfect for after the beach, such as the margherita crunch pizza or the gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce and basil, which we suggest accompanying with our artisanal drinks. For those with a sweet tooth, we also have several desserts that we believe will also be a hit on board, on this adventure through the Algarve », he adds.

"At food truck “Mangia La Felicità” has options for different occasions, whether it's just a snack or a complete meal, with a dish, drink and dessert. The menu was designed to provide a journey of lighter and fresher flavors and textures, as the objective is to tour the Algarve during the summer. We will now be in Lagos, during the Food Fest, from the 13th to the 16th of July, and many other stops will follow, which we will always share through our social networks, so that everyone can follow and, of course, come “mangiare un po ' di felicità”, explains Emanuele Zingale, chef and pizza maker at Arte Bianca.

Arte Bianca pizzas are distinguished by the quality and lightness of their doughs, with selected Italian flours, coming directly from Dal Mulino, and developed in the group's laboratory in Aljezur.

The ingredients used are local and fresh, many of them from the family farm, where they are produced naturally, without chemicals: characteristics that led the international ranking 50 Top Pizza to distinguish the Algarve restaurant with the 42nd place of the best pizzerias in Europe.
