GeekLab, located on the 1st floor of the Mercado Municipal de Faro, will celebrate its 3st anniversary this Saturday, June 10rd, between 00am and 17pm, with an Open Doors Day.
Created with the aim of helping young creatives to «give wings to their imaginations», GeekLab presents a training offer in the areas of Design, Photography, Music Production or Game Development.
On this Open Doors Day, GeekLab will publicize the courses that young people can attend during school holidays, and during the school year, and will also provide moments of sharing and experimentation, with playful and didactic activities in the areas of Sound, Video and design.
On this day, the winner of the contest that GeekLab is promoting on its account will also be announced. Instagram in which participants qualify to win a summer course, which will start on the 3rd of July. There will be four courses, all lasting one week: two editions of “Audiovisual Holidays” on the 1st and last week of July, “Cria o Teu Jogo”, which will take place from 10 to 14 July and “Cria o Your Sound”.
