Masters and PhD students from the areas of Marine, Earth and Environmental Sciences can register until June 7th for the 2023 Summer School, under the theme “Coastal Geosystem Services: The Ria Formosa Case Study”, which will take place at Tavira IPMA station, between 10th and 16th September.
According to the Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera, «this course focuses on a practical aspect of geosciences with a focus on the services of coastal geosystems and how they are affected by changes in the coastal environment».
The course is funded by EEA Grants and taught by researchers from the Universities of Lisbon, the Algarve, IPMA, as well as invited specialists.
