“Contos de EnContros” is the title of a series of short stories that take place in June in Alcoutim.
The sessions will be streamlined by storytellers Rita Sales and Pedro Faria Bravo, who have developed several projects in the region, in close collaboration with local populations and communities. Among the projects already carried out are “From Boca to Boca – stories nourishing communities”, “Caminhos Contados – performative walking routes” and “Contos ao Largo”, among others.
The Contos de EnContros will travel through the territory of the municipality of Alcoutim, passing through the villages of Cortes Pereiras (13th), Vaqueiros (16th), Pereiro (20th), Balurcos (22nd), Martim Longo (23rd), Farelos (day 27) and Giões (day 29).
These sessions have the support of the Parish Councils, associations and populations of the localities where they will pass.
