A yoga session, a meditation class, a solidarity walk and much more. Quinta do Lago and The Campus will promote, from the 15th to the 21st of May, a week dedicated to mental health.
On the 15th, there will be a revitalizing yoga session on the beach at Quinta do Lago. To sign up, click here
The next day, there will be a conversation with James Golding who has gone through two cancers, had an accident, but never lost his passion for cycling.
In the middle of the week, there will be a hydrogymnastics class, in The Campus swimming pool, with registration here
On Thursday, the 18th, there will be a meditation class mindfulness that will help you reduce stress, anxiety and depression, with here
On Friday, there will be a four-legged ride along the trails of the Ria Formosa.
Signing up is simple – just bring a bag of dog or cat food and you don't need to register: just show up.
At the weekend, on Saturday, there is a workshop with Sound Therapy. register here
On Sunday, and to finish it off, there will be a two-hour Cycle and Core Class, with registration here
