Algarve Regional Program was presented to associations and cultural agents

António Branco, chairman of the board of Orquestra do Algarve, is the representative of associations and cultural agents

The Commission for Coordination and Regional Development (CCDR) of the Algarve and the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Algarve met with the Platform of Associations and Cultural Agents of the Algarve to present the Regional Program of the Algarve – Algarve 2030.

According to CCDR Algarve, investments in cultural and creative industries, cultural services and sites classified as cultural heritage, as well as innovation and social inclusion projects can be financed with European Funds, «as long as they contribute to the specific objectives of the Program and are covered by the eligibilities and typologies provided for in the regulations of the European Regional Development Fund and the European Social Fund».

The beneficiaries of the support will be defined in the opening notice of each application.

On the Monitoring Committee of the Algarve Regional Program – Algarve 2030, associations and cultural agents have as their effective representative Professor António Branco, chairman of the board of Orquestra do Algarve.
