An already calm Portimonense lost this Saturday to the recently relegated Santa Clara by 1-0, in a game played in the Azores, referring to the 33rd round of the I Liga.

The Algarvians, who had already secured their permanence in the I Liga and they don't have any other objective in mind, they just entered the field to meet the schedule. Santa Clara, on the other hand, managed, with this victory, to leave, on condition, the last place in the leaderboard, even though they no longer have a chance of reaching 16th place, which gives access to the relegation play-off, secured yesterday by Maritime.

The only goal of the match was scored in the 27th minute by Andrezinho.

With this result, Portimonense remains in 13th place, with 34 points, but could be overtaken tomorrow by Gil Vicente, who has the same points and one game less.
