Surveillance will take place daily, from 9:00 am to 21:00 pm, with reinforcements planned with other entities that are part of the device, such as the GNR on horseback and Portuguese Army soldiers, in addition to the associations of hunters who are on the ground and the collaboration of the inhabitants of the villages. of parishes in the interior
According to the Loulé Municipal Forest Fire Defense Plan, the risk of forest fire in the municipality is classified as high given the extensive area of forest spaces, which occupies about 65% of the total area of the municipality.
