The Câmara de Lagos created a telephone line for the Inclusion Desk, with the number 282 771 782, exclusively dedicated “to assisting people with disabilities or disabilities and/or their family members who seek information on the subject”.
The initiative comes within the scope of the action plan of the Inclusion Desk of the Lacobrian municipality and «aims to eliminate the existing barrier in the accessibility of communication, with access to information and support necessary for the inclusion and empowerment of people with disabilities being a fundamental right» , according to the Chamber.
This new telephone line also allows the general public to access information to assist these citizens.
«The Lagos Inclusion Desk aims to provide qualified assistance to citizens with disabilities and their families, directing them correctly and developing a mediation function with the public services and private entities responsible for solving their problems. », fits the Chamber of Lagos.
The face-to-face service at Lagos City Council takes place on Mondays, between 9 am and 30 pm, by appointment (12 30 282), and there is also an exclusive email: [email protected].
