The Aljezur City Council announced today the launch of the contract for the infrastructure of the Barrada allotment, in that village, intended for plots for single-family homes.
The municipality explains that the objective is to build the infrastructures, in an intervention area of approximately 7500 square meters.
The work includes the construction of a street layout, the creation of 40 parking spaces and the infrastructure for the supply of water, rainwater, electricity, among others.
The intervention will cost around 600 euros and is expected to be completed within 12 months.
According to the Câmara de Aljezur, this is «an initiative that will harmonize an allotment, approved in 1997, but where, until now, only the infrastructure existed in the private lots, a situation that penalized the Municipality, which you will now see regularized situation".
