Easter is synonymous with chocolate, right? We all think about buying a cake, an egg or almonds. To beautify and sweeten our Easter table, today I leave two Instagram pages that make “eat and cry for more” cakes and desserts.

The options are varied and you can choose between chocolate egg gold, spring chocolate egg (milk chocolate), ruby chocolate egg, among others.

We end this list of suggestions with a very affordable and very pleasant option. If you don't want to go to restaurants, hotels or cafes, and prefer the outdoors and peace of mind, how about a picnic?

If you choose a beautiful place, everything is easier. There are some suitable and prepared places for this purpose and others that are not so much, but it is something that we can easily solve. I leave some suggestions that you can research and see if you like.

In Lagos, we have Ponta da Piedade, which offers a breathtaking view.

In Loulé, Trafal beach has a lot of shade and tends to attract many fans. You can also visit the Fonte Férrea, in São Brás de Alportel, which is a very well prepared place to receive picnics and families.

In the municipality of Lagoa, Fontes de Estômbar is a very beautiful place.

If you prefer, you can have a picnic on the beach at sunset. I guarantee you won't regret it.

For this program you don't need to do a lot of work. A selection of cheeses, sandwiches, a mix of snacks, fruit, water, juices... just choose what you like best, put it in a basket, a towel and you're all set.

If this was your plan, don't forget to collect your rubbish, nature thanks you!

I wish you a good Easter and enjoy!

Note: There will certainly be, throughout the Algarve, other restaurants, hotels and places with options for this festive season. If this is one of those cases, please send us your information via email [email protected] .
