The Alvor Sports Complex will host, on the last Sunday of each month, between March 26th and September 24th, the Domingos Ativos initiative, promoted by the Municipality of Portimão and consisting of various sports activities, free of charge and open to the entire population .
The initiative aims to encourage family interaction through sports and will start at 9 am on the 30th of March, with a fitness class scheduled outside the Sports Complex of Alvor, which will be followed, on the 26th of April, by a bike ride (30 am – 10 pm) and on the 30th of May a walk along the Ria de Alvor (13 am – 00 pm).
The proposal for June 25th is related to the closure of the Alvor Sports Complex season, with pool activities and a barbecue, while on July 30th it will be the turn of yoga for adults and children (8h00 – 10h00).
Active Sundays close on the 24th of September, through the hydro night activity “Be active night” (21:00 – 22:00).
