A couple arriving at the airport Faro, on a flight from Brazil, was arrested for drug trafficking, after customs services found drugs hidden in his luggage.
The detainees saw 12,9 kilos of cocaine, money and other objects related to the crime seized, in an action carried out by elements of the Southern Directorate of the Judiciary Police.
To the defendants, present at the first judicial interrogation before the competent judicial authority, in Faro, the coercive measure of preventive detention was applied.
The investigation is being carried out by the Judiciary Police.
