Truck skids against A2 tolls in Paderne

A truck crashed on the afternoon of this Tuesday, April 25, against the tolls on the A2, in Paderne (Albufeira). The driver was seriously injured.

The crash took place around 14 pm.

Ao Sul Informação, source from the Algarve Regional Emergency and Civil Protection Command said the driver. aged 40, was transferred to the Health Center of Albufeira, but had minor injuries.

The screening forced three gates to be closed “as a precaution”.

Work is still underway on site to remove the truck.

The occurrence mobilized 14 operators and 6 vehicles, from the Fire Department, INEM, GNR and Brisa.
