Consideration and voting on the proposal to amend the Municipal Master Plan of Lagos to adapt to the rules of the Legal Regime of Territorial Management Instruments and the Basic Law is one of the seven points to be debated at the 2nd Meeting of the Ordinary Session of April of the Municipal Assembly of Lagos, scheduled for 2 May, at 20 pm, in the Auditorium of the Building of the 30th Century Town Hall. XXI.
The second meeting of the April session also has as items on the Agenda the presentation of written information from the Mayor on the activity of the Municipality, as well as the appreciation and vote on the assumption of a multi-annual commitment regarding the acquisition of Equipment Hygiene Services Urban Solid Waste Deposition, the multiannual commitment regarding the acquisition of Complementary Collection Services for Recyclable Waste, and also the multiannual commitment regarding the acquisition of Human Surveillance Services for the installations of the Basic Schools of the 2nd and 3rd Cycles and Secondary Schools in the Municipality of Lagos and Espaço Jovem de Lagos.
In conclusion, the consideration and vote on the proposal for the Internal Regulation of the Service of Assistance and Social Monitoring and the proposal for the first amendment of the Personnel Map of the Municipality of Lagos/2023 should be under discussion.
This session takes place with the presence of the public.
Any citizen who so wishes may intervene at the beginning of the session, during the period of interventions by the public, to request, in a succinct manner, any clarifications he/she understands, dealing with matters related to the Municipality. The intervention cannot exceed five minutes and requires prior registration, up to a maximum of five.
