Artist Teresa Calem, who has lived in the Algarve for several years, will open this Friday, March 24, from 18 pm, the exhibition “Germinações”, at the Art Gallery of the Convent of Espírito Santo, in Loulé.
Once represented by the art gallery Centro Cultural de S. Lourenço, directed by Volker and Marie Hueber, it has been some time since there was an exhibition by Teresa Calem in the region.
“Germinations” is a show of encounters: the human and plant worlds meet again in the imagination of authors from different cultures, since the dawn of humanity.
The exhibition is curated by Miguel Cheta and can be visited from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 13:30 pm and from 14:30 pm to 18:00 pm.
