Rallye Casinos do Algarve returns to Lagoa for many emotions

The Rallye Casinos do Algarve will hit the road this weekend, April 1st and 2nd

The Rallye Casinos do Algarve started yesterday in Lagoa, with the Technical Assistance Park for the participating teams, located at the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions (FATACIL premises).

The Rallye Casinos do Algarve will hit the road this weekend, the 1st and 2nd of April, but the preparations for the race began yesterday, at the Parque Municipal de Feiras e Exposições (FATACIL premises), with the technical verification of the participating cars, between 18:00 and 00:00.

Today, the action started at 11:00 am, in the Torrinha area, until 12:30 pm, with a qualifying stage, which will define the starting order for the first section. At 14:00 pm there will be an autograph session and at 17:30 pm the briefing will take place at the Technical Assistance Park, located in the Municipal Park of Fairs and Exhibitions (FATACIL premises). The official departure will be given at 20:00, in the same place.

The Rallye Casinos do Algarve is the second race on the calendar of the Portuguese Rally Championship and has the participation of 78 competitors who set out to win the National Rally Championship. Highlight for the participation of the Algarvian duo, Ricardo Teodósio and José Teixeira, which has the support of the Municipality of Lagoa and who were national champions in 2019 and 2021.

The Rallye Casinos do Algarve 2023 is an organization of the Clube Automóvel do Algarve, under the aegis of the Portuguese Automobile and Karting Federation, with the sponsorship of Solverde Casinos and Hotels, the municipalities of Lagoa, Lagos, Portimão and Silves and also Medronhito do Cauldron.
