Perinatal psychology is the subject of a colloquium and workshops in Loulé and Boliqueime

On the 17th and 18th of April

“Perinatal Psychology: Its Interfaces & Parental Problems” is the theme of a colloquium that will take place on the 17th of April, at Cineteatro Louletano, to which a cycle of workshops is associated, taking place on the following day, 18th of April, in Boliqueime.

Organized by the Câmara de Loulé, in partnership with the Parish Council of Boliqueime, «this initiative intends to be a stage for sharing knowledge and experiences, generating paths to follow in the search for results in the lives of each one and of the families», according to the Municipality.

The colloquium starts at 9 am, at the Cineteatro, in an opening session with Vítor Aleixo, mayor of Loulé, and Filomena Bayle, from the organizing committee.

Several thematic tables follow: Looking at parenting; Today's violence-gaze; perinatal concerns; Perceptions in individuals and in the family; Today's families, parenting - the look of a child psychiatrist and a lawyer.

On the 18th, starting at 10:00 am, activities will take place in the Boliqueime Parish Council Assembly room and in the Boliqueime Parish Hall, where the workshops “Family Constellations”, with Simone Ferreira, “Maternal psychological changes and the its impact on the baby's psychophysiology", with Luís Barriga, "Drug addiction in pregnant women", with Elza Souza Cunha and "The announcement of disability: real and imaginary baby", with Eduarda Tenazinha.
