Quarteira's Easter Market returns with a dance, giant folklore and children's entertainment

Mercadinho takes place at Rua Vasco da Gama, from the 5th to the 8th of April

The Easter Market returns to Rua Vasco da Gama, in Quarteira, from the 5th to the 8th of April, from 10:00 am to 18:00 pm, with a pine cone dance, giant folar and lots of entertainment for children. 

The event, promoted by the Parish Council of Quarteira, aims to promote regional products and boost local trade in this festive season.

There will be more than 20 stalls scattered along Rua Vasco da Gama, with a varied offer, including handicrafts, costume jewellery, regional confectionery, other handcrafted items and even inflatables, face painting and an egg painting workshop dedicated to the youngest.

On Saturday, the 8th, the animation doubles. From 15 pm to 00 pm, Paulo Coelho brings music and dance to Largo do Centro Autárquico with the traditional Pinha Dance.

At 15 pm, the Giant Easter Folar, an initiative of the Municipality of Loulé, will delight the sweet tooth. With 30 meters in length, this traditional delicacy will be distributed to all those present.

Mercadinho da Páscoa is an organization of the Parish Council of Quarteira, with the support of the Municipality of Loulé.
