Loulé and Quarteira have new charging stations for electric vehicles

The new charging stations are located at strategic points in the cities of Loulé and Quarteira

The municipal company Loulé Concelho Global installed two more charging stations for electric vehicles: one in Loulé, the other in Quarteira.

«The reinforcement of the municipal network of public access electric vehicle chargers seeks, on the one hand, to satisfy the strong increase in sales of electric vehicles and, on the other hand, to contribute to sustainable mobility and the incorporation of renewable energies in the vehicle sector. transport», says the company, in a press release.

The new charging stations are located at strategic points in the city of Loulé and Quarteira, namely at Av. 25 Abril (Largo da Estátua), in Loulé, and Rua da Toca (next to Av. Francisco Sá Carneiro), in Quarteira.

The semi-fast electric vehicle charging stations are equipped with a 44 kW three-phase charger and are capable of supplying energy to two electric vehicles simultaneously at each of the new stations.
