The Parish Council of Aljezur installed two automatic external defibrillators (AED) so that, in the event of a cardiorespiratory arrest, the provision of assistance is «faster».
The defibrillators are installed on Rua 25 de Abril, in Aljezur, next to Parque Verde da Ribeira, and at the roundabout in Vale da Telha (next to the PO Boxes).
The Portuguese company responsible for installing the AEDs was Ocean Medical, a company in the field of medical emergencies.
