A man died after being attacked and stabbed, on Thursday, in the municipality of Loulé.
According to Jornal de Notícias, the victim was found at dawn next to a car on the side of Estrada Nacional 125-4 next to the roundabout leading to a shopping centre.
“Inside and outside the car, especially in the lower part of the front passenger seat, there are several pools of blood. Bloody footprints are also visible on the side», describes that newspaper.
The man was still assisted at the scene and transported to the hospital in Faro, but ended up dying.
At the origin of the crime, which is being investigated by the Southern Directorate of the Judiciary Police, is “a reckoning related to drug trafficking deals”.
