Regional Beekeeping Meeting of the Algarve takes place on the 28th of February

Theme is “The importance of bees as the main pollinator of crops and essential in the conservation of biodiversity”

The XIII Regional Apiculture Meeting of the Algarve will take place on the 28th of February, in the auditorium of the Regional Directorate of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Algarve, in Faro.

The Directorate-General for Food and Veterinary Medicine (DGAV) announced that it will take advantage of the initiative to present the beekeeping health program and the Computer System for the Official Control of Apiaries (SICOA).

The theme of this meeting will be “The importance of bees as the main pollinator of crops and essential in the conservation of biodiversity”.
