A debate on water, the appreciation and vote on a contract between the Chamber and the municipal company “Lagos em Forma” and the vote on the extension of the deadline for the transfer of competence in social action. These are items on the agenda that will be discussed at the 2nd meeting of the February ordinary session of the Municipal Assembly, which will continue next Monday, March 6th.
This “second part” of the February AM, whose public notice can be consulted on here, will take place from 20:30, in the Auditorium of the Séc. XXI.
There are six points of the order that will be treated.
In addition to the written information from the mayor about the activity of the municipality, there will be a debate, scheduled by the Grupo Municipal Singular do Chega, under article 45 of the regulations in force of the Municipal Assembly of Lagos, with the theme “Red alert: Lagos without Water".
Added to this is the appreciation and vote on the proposal for the program contract for sports facilities and sports activities to be signed between the Municipality of Lagos and the municipal company “Lagos em Forma” and the vote on the proposal to extend the deadline for the transfer of competence in the area of social action.
The last two points will be the election of a parish mayor, representative on the Municipal Council for the Environment and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Municipality of Lagos, and the appreciation and vote on the proposed amendment to Articles 15, 18, 19, 24 and 47 , adding Articles 16-A and 16-B and amending Annex I to the Regulations for the Organization and Operation of the Municipal Police Service of the Municipality of Lagos.
