São Brás de Alportel gives vote of praise to doctor Maria Margarida Agostinho

Maria Margarida Agostinho was «a reference in her activity and an unavoidable figure in general and family medicine in São Brás de Alportel»

The Chamber of São Brás de Alportel delivered a vote of praise to the doctor Maria Margarida Agostinho who «dedicated almost 40 years of her career to the São Paulo community».

Born in Lisbon, Maria Margarida Agostinho was born on July 7, 1956. She graduated in Medicine from Universidade Nova de Lisboa in 1981, having started her activity at the Hospital de Faro, moving on to the Olhão Health Centre. At the end of 1985, it began operating at the São Brás de Alportel Health Centre.

In October 2007, she was appointed coordinator of the Personalized Care Unit of São Brás de Alportel, an activity pro bono which he has carried out over many years.

It has been 37 years of dedication to the health of the people of São Paulo, accompanying generations of users as a Graduate Assistant and with the degree of Consultant in General and Family Medicine.

In November last year, he left the Health Center of São Brás de Alportel.
