The 7th Weekend with Flavor to Orange, organized by the Municipality of Silves, returns from the 10th to the 12th of February – and restaurants that want to participate can register until 23:59 on the 19th of January.
Restaurants in the city of Silves can join this initiative, which must present a dish made with orange on the days when the event takes place.
In addition, establishments must include at least one drink produced in the county (Silves wine or beer) and a dessert made with this citrus fruit on their menu.
The registration of restaurants must be formalized by filling in the registration form and sending it to the email address [email protected].
Both the registration form and the rules for participation can be downloaded at Municipality portal.
The Weekend with Flavor to Orange aims to contribute to the appreciation of this fruit and, at the same time, to the tourist promotion of all elements of the economy of this territory.
