This is followed by a tour of the main works in progress: health services building, 2nd phase of the North Ring Road, construction of the collector in Cadoiço, JI+EB1 Hortas de St. António II and INEM building.

At night, celebrations take place at Cineteatro Louletano, with a concert by Ala dos Namorados. Loulé singer Nuno Guerreiro and his bandmates (João Gil, Rúben Alves, Alexandre Frazão, Nelson Cascais and Luís Cunha) take the stage at 21 pm.

The municipality's tourism section is also associated with the program with the activity “Let's discover the city of Loulé”, aimed at students from the Secondary School of Loulé.
