The delimitation of the Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU) of Tunes has already been published in Diário da República.
According to the Council of Silves, “the necessary conditions are now in place to implement the strategy defined by the Municipality of Silves for the urban rehabilitation of that agglomeration”.
«The owners of properties located in the Urban Rehabilitation Area (ARU) of Tunes will be able to access a set of support and tax benefits, when carrying out urban interventions for their urban rehabilitation», he adds.
Likewise, «with the publication of the ARU of Tunes, the conditions for the implementation of a public policy for the requalification of public spaces, equipment and infrastructure within the ARU, to be implemented by the municipality in a phased and programmed manner, are reinforced», concludes.
