The “Aldeia Florida” contest is back in Odeleite, within the municipality of Castro Marim, in what will be its 9th edition, organized by the Parish Council and the Social Association of the Parish of Odeleite.
«Flanked by two reflecting pools, the Ribeira and the Barragem, with white houses and typical Algarve chimneys, Odeleite is a village marked by details and details, natural and or promoted by the pride of its inhabitants, which makes it pleasant to live and attractive to visit», describes the Municipality of Castro Marim.
Flowers, arranged in patios, windows and in the corners of houses, are already used in the village and now «a new challenge and incentive is launched for those who have a house or establishment in the village».
Entries will take place from the 1st to the 15th of February, at the premises of the Parish Council of Odeleite, and flowers will be delivered to the participants, so that they can decorate and give new colors to their spaces. The results will be known on May 1st, during the popular Labor Day celebrations.
